Alphonse Mucha created the series of decorative panels, "The Moon and the Stars" in 1902. By design the series of images were not as stylized as his earlier works. On this metal cigarette case you'll see "The Moon" (sometimes called Clair de Lune) from the series, with the background taking on a blue background in a departure from the coffee brown of the original design.Get more info on the Alphonse Mucha Moon Cigarette Case at online merchant Mister Mucha.
