Alphonse Mucha's active period coincided almost exactly with the popularity spike of those new-fangled bicycles that the kids were so into. So it's surprising that Mucha did so few different posters for bicycle manufacturers. One work that stands out as one of his best was done in 1902 for Cycles Perfecta. It featured a beautiful girl in flowing Mucha style leaning over the bicycle handlebars. Her long hair blows in the wind and her ruffled blouse falls off her shoulder. This is the Alphonse Mucha Cycles Perfecta Mousepad at Alphonse Mucha Art Nouveau.
